Nice to see fresh material in community theater

It seems that every year there is a play or two that (having already been done to death downtown) is now being done to death in the suburban community theaters of Philly. Last year it was Proof (yeah OK Footlighters is doing it next month - but they're always late), in 2004 it was The Lion In Winter. Not this year. Let me offer congratulations to some of the more creative choices that I look forword to seeing.

Looking forward to King Of Prussia Player's The Bride Of Brackenlough

Also Barley Sheaf Player's A Midsummer Night's Dream

And Stagecrafter's presentation of Chekov's Cherry Orchard

Finally Cheltenham's entire season looks interesting to me Action Arts Theater 2006 season
