The Motion Picture Academy has announced the 2010 Academy Awards nominations. Has anyone noticed there seems almost to be a new category? Every year there's a Jewish, WW2 related movie. I call it - Best Holocaust Movie - and this year it's - Inglorious Basterds.

Yes its let's-all-laugh-with-joy-as-we-happily-hate-Germans hit by Quenton Tarantino.

It's a shoo-in for that most important new movie award category - Best Holocuast movie - 2010.

Publication of Disputed Holocaust Memoir Canceled
NEW YORK — The publisher of a disputed Holocaust memoir has canceled the book, adding the name Herman Rosenblat to an increasingly long line of literary fakers and ending with a heartbreaking crash his story — embraced by Oprah Winfrey among others — of meeting his future wife at a Nazi concentration camp.
"I wanted to bring happiness to people," Rosenblat said in a statement issued Saturday through his agent, Andrea Hurst. "I brought hope to a lot of people. My motivation was to make good in this world."...
Rosenblat's "Angel at the Fence" had been scheduled to come out in February, but Berkley Books, an imprint of Penguin Group (USA), withdrew the memoir following allegations by scholars, friends and family members that his tale was untrue.
"Berkley Books is canceling publication of `Angel at the Fence' after receiving new information from Herman Rosenblat's agent, Andrea Hurst," the publisher said in a statement. "Berkley will demand that the author and the agent return all money that they have received for this work."
A couple of days earlier, Berkley had offered a qualified defense of the book, saying it was a work of memory, a story whose truth was known only to the author.

Ah yes. A "Work of memory". Aren't all holocaust books works of memory? Memory inflamed by religious and racial hatred.

Puckpan suggests that the point of the Holocaust story is not to bring "hope" or "happiness" - rather hatred on the Germans, the Europeans, and all of what was once considered Christendom.

In a brazen and frightening new tactic, Historian and founder of the Adelaide Institute Dr. Fredrick Töben has been arrested in England on charges that he violated Germany's law against "holocaust denial." This law essentially prohibits non-Jews from writing about the holocaust and from much research into WW2.

At the present time Fredrick Töben is being held in Westminister pending an extradition request from German authorities. Dancing With Sprites would normally point out that the entire nation is afraid to speak up for him and stand up to the violation of his human rights that this arrest represents - but actually, there have been several courageous souls who have. "Chris Huhne, the Liberal Democrat home affairs spokesman, said that the arrest of Dr Fredrick Toben at Heathrow on Wednesday conflicted with Britain's tradition of free speech."

College rejects Shoah denier

A university has withdrawn a researcher’s fellowship after he published an article claiming that the gas chambers of Auschwitz never existed.



Nicholas Kollerstrom, an academic specialising in astronomy, posted the article, The Auschwitz “Gas Chamber” Illusion, on the website of the revisionist Committee for Open Debate on the Holocaust.



He claimed that only one million Jews died in the war and that “the only intentional mass extermination program[me] in the concentration camps of WW2 was targeted at Germans”.



Dr Kollerstrom, 61, an honorary research fellow at University College London until Tuesday, stood by the claims this week, but expressed surprise that they had caused offence.



And he insisted the university “had not actually told me what’s so terrible about the article”.

He complained that he had beenaccused of "thought-crime" after spending months researching it.And he added: "If a smaller number were gassed, then surely the Jewish community should be pleased that it wasn't so ghastly."

Germany should take the advice of Iranian leader Ahmadinajad and stop paying it, because that funding provides undue motivation for holocaust 'memories'. Germany is helping to maintain the holocaust legend, by thus aiding the state of Israel."

Sylvia Stolz, the attorney who was defending Ernst Zundel at his holocaust denial trial in Germany - is accused of denying the holocaust herself while defending him. Her trial began Tuesday, Nov 20, 2007.

This is an obvious attempt by Jewish authorities to leave anyone who questions holocaust doctrine without legal representation.

Lithuania wants to grill top Israeli historian over war crimes

Lithuania wants to grill leading Israeli Holocaust historian Yitzhak Arad over his alleged role in war crimes against civilians and prisoners during World War II, a prosecutor said Tuesday.

"We have despatched a request to Israeli prosecutors for legal help," prosecutor Rimvydas Valentukevicius told AFP.

"We want to send Mr Arad a notice on our suspicions and to interrogate him in the framework of a preliminary probe on his possible participation in crimes against humanity in Lithuania during the Second World War," he said.

The 81-year-old Arad, who served as the director of Yad Vashem, Israel’s Holocaust Remembrance Authority for 21 years, rejected the allegations in an interview to Poland’s Rzeczpospolita newspaper.

A probe launched in May 2006 showed that Arad, who was a member of the Soviet NKVD secret service, may have been involved in the killing of Lithuanian resistance figures at the end of World War II.

Lithuanian prosecutor Valentukevicius said suspicions against Arad are based on his own memoirs and documents provided by the Lithuanian Genocide and Resistance Research Center. "We have many documents, which allow us to think that Arad participated in criminal activities," Valentukevicius said.

Another Holocaust denial trial

ERLANGEN, Germany - Well-known environmentalist Dr. Johannes Lerle, 55, was sentenced in mid-June by an Erlangen court to one year in prison for alleged "racial incitement." The charge stems from his "public denial or minimizing of National Socialist atrocities in a manner designed to disturb the peace."

Asked in an interview with the Catholic publication Kreuz (Cross) if he was a "Holocaust denier," Lerle said that such a question belongs in the realm of religion. He pointed out that while one could deny the Holy Trinity, the Virgin Birth and the Resurrection of Christ, the so-called Holocaust had become a state-mandated article of faith in which questioning of the manufacture of bars of soap and lampshades out of human tissue by the National Socialists had become a punishable offense.

Lerle declared that he was prepared to stand for the truth agains the lie, regardless of the consquences.

"Spain arrests right-wing publisher wanted in Austria for Holocaust denial"

"Spanish police on Thursday arrested a right-wing writer and publisher wanted in his home country of Austria for repeatedly denying the existence of the Jewish Holocaust and the use of gas chambers, officials said.

Gerd Honsik was arrested in the southern city of Malaga, a police spokeswoman said. No more details on his arrest were immediately available.

Honsik had fled to Spain after being convicted in 1992 in Austria of neo-Nazi activities and sentenced to 1 1/2 years in prison for writings that defended Adolf Hitler's Third Reich."

It won't be long before the mainstream media in America cheers as Americans who question the Holocausts canon are sent to prison. In fact, it's already happening.
