A toast to a fine Gaelic gentleman

Here's a small news item from the Isle of Skye. The owner of The Gaelic Whiskey Collection has come under fire for declaring that he will henceforth hire only Gaelic speakers for his distillery. More info here

Skye whisky firm will only employ Gaels.

So, this weekend I'll be hoisting a Pu It Dhubh whiskey to man of my own heart.
