Govt Rape Statistics: more support for the Duke Lacross Players
Don't tell the Philadelphia Inquirer but DOJ Statistics reveal this:
* When rape victims are white: blacks are offenders 33.6 percent of the time.
* When the victim was black: blacks were the offender 100%.
Something about that Duke lacross rape case never smelled right in the first place.
